In addition to teaching Nordic walking, we are launching the new FootePath: Healthy Habits program. Healthy Habits is an online resource for people who want to incorporate health-positive changes into their life. The website includes information about nutrition, exercise, medical research, and special conditions, as well as recipes and a information about joining an online support group. In the Salt Lake City, Utah area the local support group meets face-to-face once a month to celebrate the changes in each other’s lives. The website information is free to all.
